Our website currently has minimal use of strictly necessary cookies, as user authentication is primarily handled through the MirrorMe mobile application via secure token storage on-device.

2.2 Analytics Cookies

We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. This information is used to improve the website and the overall MirrorMe experience. We use PostHog as our analytics provider.

• PostHog analytics — PostHog collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, referral source, approximate geographic location (country/region level), and general interaction patterns. PostHog is hosted within the European Union (EU) and processes data in compliance with GDPR. Session recordings, if enabled, are anonymized and do not capture personal data such as passwords or payment information.

Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify you. We do not combine analytics data with personally identifiable information.

2.3 Cookies on the MirrorMe Mobile Application

The MirrorMe mobile application uses the PostHog React Native SDK for analytics. This SDK does not use browser cookies. Instead, it uses device-level identifiers and local storage mechanisms native to the mobile operating system. The data collected is equivalent in nature to the website analytics described above — anonymized usage patterns used solely to improve the product.

We limit the use of third-party cookies to what is strictly necessary for operating and improving our service.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any other third-party tracking technologies beyond PostHog.
