1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MirrorMe application ("the App") or visiting the MirrorMe website ("the Website"), collectively referred to as "the Service," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("the Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Testarossa Labs, a company registered in Switzerland, located at Impact Hub Zurich, Sihlquai 131, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland.

2. Description of Service

MirrorMe is an AI-powered confidence coaching application. Users record short videos that are analyzed by artificial intelligence to generate a Confidence Score across six dimensions of nonverbal communication. The Service provides scoring, personalized coaching tips, and progress tracking.

3. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

MirrorMe is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. The Confidence Score and coaching tips are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental health or well-being, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Score Accuracy

While our AI analysis is grounded in peer-reviewed research on nonverbal communication, scores are approximations generated by machine learning models. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any score or coaching advice. Scores may vary based on recording conditions (lighting, camera quality, background noise) and should be interpreted as general guidance rather than definitive assessments.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it as needed. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any video recordings you create using the Service. Videos are stored on your device and uploaded to our servers for AI processing only. By using MirrorMe, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your video via our own AI models solely for the purpose of generating your Confidence Score.

Your analysis results (scores, coaching tips, shareable cards) are generated by us and licensed to you for personal use. You may share your score cards publicly.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

MirrorMe offers a free tier and premium subscriptions. Premium subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their terms.

7.1 Free Tier

• Access to full score cards
• Basic coaching tips
• Limited history

7.2 Premium Subscriptions

The following premium plans are available:

• Weekly — Premium access for 1 week, auto-renewed
• Monthly — Premium access for 1 month, auto-renewed
• Annual — Premium access for 1 year, auto-renewed
• Lifetime — Permanent premium access, one-time purchase

Premium subscriptions include: unlimited analyses, advanced coaching, full history, progress tracking, and priority processing.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Refund requests should be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies.

8. Invite and Referral Program

MirrorMe may offer an invite and referral program allowing users to invite others to use the Service. The following terms apply:

• Invite codes are personal and tied to your account
• Referral rewards are attributed according to the program terms in effect at the time of the invitation
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
• Any abuse or fraudulent use of invite codes may result in reward revocation and account suspension
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record or upload content featuring other individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
• Share or resell your account or subscription
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations
• Manipulate the referral program fraudulently

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data and analysis history will be permanently removed within 30 days. Videos stored locally on your device are not affected by account deletion — you may delete them manually.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testarossa Labs and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall we be liable for any decisions you make based on the scores or advice provided by the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

13. Intellectual Property

The MirrorMe name, logo, scoring methodology, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Testarossa Labs. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. Content generated by the Service (interface, text, graphics) is protected by copyright.

14. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

18. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional account-related emails from us (account confirmations, security notices, password resets, deletion confirmations, and material updates to these Terms or the Privacy Policy). We do not send marketing emails without your separate opt-in, which you may withdraw at any time.
